Hi babes! I’ve been on a baking kick lately – I always get this way in the fall! Give me all the cozy treats and meals ๐ So many of y’all DM’d me asking about the recipe so here you go! It’s so easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease 9×5 baking dish
- In a large mixing bowl mash 3 large bananas
- Add in egg, sugar, vanilla, baking soda and salt and mix well
- Add in flour and mix until well combined. Add in optional ingredients (chocolate chips/walnuts)
- Pour mixture into greased baking dish
- Bake for 50min- 1 hour. Keep an eye on it around 30-40 min, if top is getting brown, add foil on top!
- Let cool for 5 min, remove from dish, slice & enjoy!
